The SkillSource Regional Workforce Board is pleased to share its annual performance report for the program year starting July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022. Each year, SkillSource negotiates performance targets for its federally funded workforce programs with the Washington State Education and Training Board. These targets in turn support statewide performance targets from the U.S. Department of Labor.
SkillSource is evaluated on several types of federal performance measures. These measures include percentages of customers who enter employment after completing training supported by SkillSource; the average wages those completers earn; the percentage of completers who earned credentials such as a high school diploma, college degree, or professional certificate; and the percentage of customers who made significant progress in their training programs over the past year.
SkillSource continues to place among the top performing Boards in the state in serving career seekers. The board recognizes the hard work, caring, and dedication of the SkillSource staff, customers, students, and partners to make such an outcome possible.
