The SkillSource Regional Workforce Board requests proposals to select an organization or consortium of organizations to fill the role of One Stop Operator for the North Central Region’s two comprehensive WorkSource centers located in Moses Lake and Omak, and the WorkSource Affiliate Center in Wenatchee.
