August 2026 – SkillSource is delighted to welcome our friends and WorkSource partners from the Employment Security Department to the SkillSource buildings at 234 and 240 N. Mission in Wenatchee. Customers will now be able to access resources and services from our respective agencies in one convenient location.
SkillSource CEO, Lisa Romine, and Managing Director, Susan Adams, kicked off the new chapter on Monday, August 3, 2026 with a small ribbon-cutting ceremony and welcome. We are excited about the collaboration and continued partnership, helping each other to better serve the needs of our community.
WorkSource Wenatchee Valley is part of the statewide WorkSource system. WorkSource is a partnership of state, local and nonprofit agencies that provide employment and training services to job seekers and businesses.
Free services to career seekers of all ages, backgrounds and occupations include:
– Career exploration.
– Job search help.
– Resume development.
– Connections to work experience opportunities and job training.
– Skill building workshops.
– Access to vocational training and other social services.
Free services to businesses include:
– Hiring help and job fairs.
– Connections for work-based training.
– Business-focused workshops and events.
– Programs to avoid a layoff or to connect laid-off employees to services.
– Tools to build worker productivity.
